Nambee is a newly established luxury jewellery brand in London and it is a labour of love. It has come to life after a few years of thorough research and devoted craftsmanship. From their love for bees to intricate, high-end jewellery – Nambee has come a long way.
The family-run business has found inspiration for their work at home, in England. Generations of bee-keepers in the family have engraved the respect and admiration for bees into their ethos. The role of bees can’t be stressed enough but it can be done in a charming way – so it has been personified in the form of Nambee, a goddess that has turned herself into a bee so she could save a human. We do love a bit of mythology here at BVK, which inspired us to create the logo symbol and a visual language around it.
Nambee are kindly donating ten percent of all proceeds to the British Beekeepers Association. As they are being true champions, we developed the Medalion – a symbol for how they have made their mark.
Nambee are celebrating craftsmanship. Their exquisite pieces of jewellery has been designed and manufactured in England with such care. We devoted just as much care into creating the same feel around the their precious products; packaging, bespoke, customisable cards and promotional materials.
Albeit high-end and luxurious, BVK and Nambee have built environment-friendly packaging from recycled sources. As intricate and delicate as the bees, it has been crafted to every last detail.
The packaging is biodegradable so it can go back to Earth once it has done it part. We have added a bog of seeds to it so when you want to throw away the box you can recycle it but actually “throw away” the seeds and plant more flowers for the bees.
